ICF Continuing Coach Education · Approved Program
Live, in-person Neuro-Linguistic Programming training in Bali, Portugal, Amsterdam, or Mexico. Real certifications. A week (or two) worth showing up for.
Real certifications. Not a webinar.
Every three years, your ICF credential comes up for renewal and you need 40 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours, including 24 in Core Competencies. The NLP Practitioner Training for Credentialed Coaches is an ICF CCE approved program that delivers 40 hours, 23 Core Competency and 17 Resource Development, through seven days of live, in-person Neuro-Linguistic Programming training. Not a webinar, not a self-paced course. For coaches who want to go further, the NLP Master Practitioner begins the day after, fifteen days in total, five IBNIC certifications, the same 40 CCE hours
Most coaches find their CCE hours the way most coaches find them: a webinar here, an online course there, something that qualifies without asking too much of anyone. This is a different option.
You leave with your renewal hours, a full NLP Practitioner certification, and two additional coaching credentials awarded by IBNIC, the International Board of NLP and Integrative Coaching, all from one week of live training in a small international group, in a location worth travelling to.
If you have ever wanted to add NLP to your coaching practice, you will not find a more efficient way to do it. Your renewal requirement becomes genuine professional development. The hours count. So does everything else you walk away with.
Every program, at every destination, is taught by Nicole Schneider, NLP Master Trainer. The Master Trainer designation is the highest in the field and held by very few people in the world. Nicole has been training live for twenty years, across more than 125 countries.

This is not a program that discovered ICF approval as a revenue stream. It is a program with two decades of history that earned it.

Option 1
7 days · live and in-person
Six of the seven days form the core of the approved CCE program. After the live days you complete a three-hour online Coaching Integration Skills Lab and two short asynchronous assignments, bringing the total to 40 approved ICF CCE hours.
40 ICF CCE hours · Certificate of Completion

Option 2
15 days · Practitioner + Master Practitioner back to back
The Master Practitioner begins the day after the Practitioner ends. The CCE hours are the same — the Master Practitioner sits outside the ICF CCE submission — but what you add in depth, capability, and credentials is substantial.
40 ICF CCE hours · ICF Certificate of Completion

On learning environments
Nicole Schneider, NLP Master Trainer
Villas, beach condos, converted farmhouses, historic buildings, art spaces. Never a corporate hotel near an airport. The setting is chosen deliberately because immersive learning requires an immersive environment. When the place itself slows you down, the work goes deeper.
The venues are villas, converted farmhouses, and art spaces. Never a corporate hotel near an airport. Small groups in places that slow you down enough for real learning to happen.
Each location is approved for the full 40 ICF CCE hours. The program is identical at every destination: same trainer, same curriculum, same accreditation. If you are looking to earn ICF CCE hours in Bali, Portugal, Amsterdam, Mexico, Los Angeles, or Miami through live NLP training, this is the only program of its kind.
The ICF coach who attends is not just completing a renewal requirement. They are spending a week fully present, in a room with professionals from around the world, doing work that genuinely changes how they coach. That is the experience. The CCE hours are what makes it count on paper too.
Los Angeles and Miami are returning in 2027 or 2028. Contact us to be first to know.

The ICF requires credentialed coaches to complete Continuing Coach Education every three years to maintain their credential. CCE hours come in two categories: Core Competency hours, which focus on observable coaching behavior, and Resource Development hours, which strengthen professional knowledge and practice. Renewal requires 40 total CCE hours, with at least 24 in Core Competencies including 3 in ethics. This program delivers 40 hours — 23 Core Competency and 17 Resource Development. Most coaches supplement with one additional Core Competency hour from another source to reach the required 24.

No. The CCE track is an optional add-on charged separately. €395 when added at the time of registration, €495 when added after your training is complete.

Option 2 is the Full Immersion, which adds the eight-day NLP Master Practitioner program immediately after, delivering three additional IBNIC certifications and significantly deeper NLP training. The Master Practitioner days are not submitted for CCE credit.
